We will look at the value of preparation – and paradoxically, how the better prepared you are, the better equipped you are to change your mind about which option to take when you are up against it. We will also look at handling difficult questions while maintaining your confidence. This course is fun, challenging, useful and practical.

Pre-Course Assignment

Practical work will include short presentations from each delegate. Pre-course work is mandatory for this training, as there is limited time to prepare the presentations during the program.

Before the course

Each delegate will be asked to complete a Pre-Course Briefing Form to determine their objectives for attending the course. These targets will be used by the Trainer to give on-target training that focused on the individual delegates.
